Yes. Orva’s backend exposes an EMR Service and API gateway that can read scheduled cases and write select data back to leading systems (Epic, Cerner, InterSystems, etc.). Integration is built around standard REST/JSON calls and uses a modular micro-service layer, so it can map into most hospital HL7/FHIR infrastructure.

Orva is an English-only voice assistant, but has a speech recognition model trained on 40,000+ voice samples and dozens of accents of the English language.
